About Henry

Henry is the Music Director at Parish Presbyterian Church in Franklin, TN, where he assists his pastors and a team of volunteer musicians with planning and leading congregational singing. He also writes, records, and performs music with artists of all styles and genres.

As a violist and violinist, he has performed and given masterclasses throughout the South and Midwest. His work can be heard on recordings by Nathan Clark George, Jim Daneker, Paul Cardall, and Michael W. Smith, as well as scores for TV, movies, and video games. He has performed as a member of the Lexington Philharmonic Orchestra in Lexington, KY since 2009, becoming principal violist in 2011.

He has written and recorded three albums of music for worship, including an upcoming release in the spring of 2024.

Henry was educated at Vanderbilt University and the College Conservatory of Music (CCM) at the University of Cincinnati. A sixth generation Tennessean, he lives with his wife in the country near Columbia, TN, where they are raising a houseful of seventh generation Tennesseans.
